Bylaws updated After the requisite period of reviews, our organization has updated our bylaws. To view our current bylaws, you can visit the members only section of our website. | Scope of Practice VOTA is actively in the process of drafting proposed changes to the OT scope of practice in Virginia. These proposed changes are planned to be introduced during the 2026 legislative session. We want your input! Please join our committee, which meets on the second Sunday of the month from 7-8pm. The efforts that VOTA makes support all practitioners in our state however. member driven organizations are only as effective as our membership is involved.
